Steps
Step 1: Gather your documents
Check what documents are required for your specific claim type. Use the side navigation to access each claim section.
Step 2: Complete the claim form
Download and fill in the claim form for your claim were applicable. Claim forms are available under each claim type.
Step 3: Submit your claim
Choose the method that suits you: Call (Funeral & Cashback), WhatsApp (Cashback only), Email, or visit a Sanlam branch.
Step 4: We assess your claim
Once we receive your complete claim, we’ll verify the documents and notify you if anything is missing or needed.
Step 5: Get your payout
If your claim meets the contractual criteria of your policy, we will pay out. You’ll get a confirmation via SMS. We process valid funeral claims within 4 hours.
