What’s more, with every payment you make, our team of financial experts will allocate an additional percentage – which means your money will grow faster, putting you one step closer to achieving your financial goals.

The cost structure is among the lowest in its class, with a loyalty bonus reward for staying invested, making it an extremely cost-effective savings and investment solution. It is easily accessible with affordable payments from only R750 p.m. or R15,000 one-off.

How it works

Sanlam Cumulus Investment Plan gives you access to a range of investment funds to choose from, enabling you to potentially earn exceptional returns on your investment.
  • Choose from two payment options: recurring payments starting from R750 per month, or a one-off payment from R15,000
  • We add an additional percentage to each payment you make, to help your investment grow faster
  • We give loyalty bonus rewards with refunds of certain fees for staying invested
  • We provide a diverse range of underlying investment funds across all asset classes that you can choose in collaboration with your financial planner
  • We offer flexibility where no alteration charges will apply if you access your funds after two years
  • Once your initial term is complete, the term remains open-ended. You can apply for automated regular withdrawals to receive a regular income

We allocate an additional:

for monthly payments between R750 and R1,000

1%

for monthly payments between R1,000 and R5,000

2%

for monthly payments of R5,000 and more

4%

for one-off payments between R15,000 and R100,000

5%

for one-off payments of R100,000 or more

Investing made simple

  1. Sanlam contributes for you at no extra cost?  

    We invest more additional allocation on top of your contribution. This boost upfront gives investment growth a head start.  
  2. Our Loyalty Bonus rewards you for staying invested. Clients get rewarded with refunds of certain fees on their plan.   
  3. You can kick off your Sanlam Cumulus Investment Plan with a minimum payment of R750 per month, or a one-off payment from R15,000.
  4. To make the most of your plan, you’ll invest for a minimum of five years — and you can start anytime before age 89.  
  5. You’re in control — you can reduce or even stop your monthly payments anytime, and there’s no extra charge for making changes.
